Agents
An agent in Corvia Labs is a reviewable unit: channel, system prompt, model preset, first-message behavior, and optional Knowledge Base.
Channels
| Channel | Use for |
|---|---|
| Chat | Web and in-product text conversations |
| Voice | Voice-oriented agent design and browser talk demos |
Product preview for voice uses browser speech over the same text stream as chat preview. Stored voice/transcriber fields are configuration placeholders — not wired production STT/TTS providers.
What you configure
- Goal and instructions — what the agent should accomplish and how it should behave
- Model — workspace or platform LLM presets (xAI / OpenAI resolution order)
- First message mode — how the agent opens (used in evals and preview)
- Logo — optional branding in agent UI
- Knowledge Base — approved documents and URLs for grounded answers
Tabs such as Tools, Analysis, HIPAA/ZDR, and some voice fields may appear in the UI as stored or placeholder settings. Treat only documented runtime paths as live.
Working with agents
- Create via guided onboarding or from Agents in the app
- Edit prompt and config on the agent detail screen
- Attach a Knowledge Base when answers must stay on-policy
- Preview, then run evals before wider use
